Job Summary:
The Junior Chemist will support the R&D team in developing, testing, and optimizing
chemical formulations and processes. This role involves hands-on laboratory work,
data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in
product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting laboratory experiments for new product development and
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples as per standard protocols.
- Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab notebooks and
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meters, Karl fisher, Ir,
- Support scale-up trials and pilot plant activities under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and quality
- Collaborate with senior chemists and production teams to transfer lab findings
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques in wet lab.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic/Inorganic/Analytical/Industrial preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in an R&D or laboratory setting (internships included).
- Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and chemical handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
