⏳ Employment Type: Full-Time🔍 Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior R&D Chemist to lead the development and optimization of chemical formulations and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing experiments, analyzing results, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance and product quality.🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Lead R&D initiatives focused on new product development and process enhancements.Plan and conduct laboratory experiments using instruments such as UV Cabinets, Lab Stirrer Motors, and Fume Hoods.Analyze experimental data and present findings through detailed reports and presentations.Collaborate with production, QA, and regulatory teams for formulation scale-up and commercialization.Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.Integrate emerging technologies and best practices into R&D workflows.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior chemists and interns.Support patent filing processes and intellectual property development.🎓 Qualifications:Master’s degree in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry.4–5 years of relevant R&D experience, preferably in specialty chemicals or API intermediates manufacturing.Proficiency in formulation chemistry, analytical techniques, and regulatory compliance.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Internet browsing).Demonstrated success in product development and commercialization.Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.⚙️ Technical Skills: Skill Area Proficiency Level
