- Overview of role: EY India is seeking a strategic and outcome-oriented marketing and communications expert with a strong background in professional services / management consulting industry. In this role, the person will lead the creation and deployment of brand and marketing programs for EY India, to help enhance the brand. You will also create impactful communications to enhance EY's brand preference among potential talent through innovative programs and engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic internal and external communications plan to lift the EY brand among EY's existing employees, new employees and potential recruits. You will align internal and executive messaging with the company's vision, mission, and brand positioning.
- You will work in close partnership with Human Resources, Marketing, Service lines, and Leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
- Maintain the content calendar, devise innovative channels of communication, script videos, write stories, organize video shoots.
- Analyze data to gauge social media performance.
- You will mentor and coach team members on internal marketing and employer brand initiatives
- The success in the role will be measured with an increase in brand awareness, engagement and feedback from stakeholders. Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications including in corporate intranets, mobile, and internal social media channels.
- Strong internal marketing and employer brand building experience to engage employees
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy and audience-centric internal communications
- Collaborates well with peers, across brand, marketing and communications
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data on Excel - for social media analysis
- Ability to adapt and change directions quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and networking experience, as well as experience managing a wide range of relationships with people at all levels within an organization, including leaders
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in role demands and responsibilities
- Proven ability to excel in a complex, matrixed organization or a services firm
