This role combines advanced strategic planning with hands-on leadership responsibilities, requiring someone who can develop comprehensive paid media strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable business results.Responsibilities:Strategy & Business ImpactLead and execute comprehensive multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with business objectivesOwn full accountability for performance across all Paid media channels, managing significant budgetsLead Paid Media strategyManage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external agency partners while presenting strategic insights to executive leadershipCross-Functional AcumenDrive cross-functional collaboration with creative, content, analytics, and digital marketing teamsFoster knowledge sharing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and professional developmentCampaign Operations & Innovation:Oversee sophisticated campaign management across search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms, among other new channelsDrive optimization improvements through A/B testing frameworks to understand campaign performance, and incrementality of media spend.Lead complex media planning processes while ensuring robust tracking and measurement frameworksAnalytics & Strategic Insights:Provide actionable insights on market trends and growth opportunities to drive business outcomesConduct strategic analysis into campaigns, to understand what is working / not working, including the use of competitive intelligence.Requirements:8 - 10 years of paid media specialization and proven track record managing substantial budgetsExtensive stakeholder management experience with strategic thinking ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomesAdvanced expertise in campaign optimization, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environmentsAdvanced proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Meta Business, LinkedIn, DV360, etc.)Expert knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)Strong understanding of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and measurement methodologiesCore Competencies:Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable paid media strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiencesIndependent stakeholder management capabilities with emotional intelligenceAdaptability and continuous learning mindset in a fast-evolving digital landscapeResults-oriented approach with focus on ROI and business impactSuccess MetricsAchieve or exceed paid media performance targets (ROAS, CPA, conversion volume)Successfully manage and develop direct reports with measurable improvement in their performanceImplement operational efficiencies that improve campaign performance and team productivityDrive strategic initiatives that contribute to overall marketing and business growthMaintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and deliveryLocation:On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
