9+ years of experience is required.
Understand Test strategy and create Test plans, test specifications & test reports
Experience of working on real hardware setup and Simulation.
Formulate / review software testing strategies.
Building up and leading the Software Integration testing team to the success of project
Reviewer of requirement specifications, Architecture specifications etc
Deploying and managing resources for testing
Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
Strong Railway Domain Knowledge
A very good experience in developing and debugging of Python code and good understanding of python libraries for test automation
Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Architects, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.

Desired Skills:

9+ years of experience is required.
Great Communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Should be proactive in identifying and automate most of the manual redundant manual tasks performed by the team
People management - Available and approachable to the team members on need basis or when the team is blocked
