Author of Test plan, test specifications & test reports
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
Formulate / review software testing strategies.
Building up and leading the Software Integration testing team to the success of project
Strong Railway Domain Knowledge with preferred ETCS or Kavach experience.
People management
Reviewer of requirement specifications, Architecture specifications etc
Deploying and managing resources for testing
Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Architects, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
Preferred experience in C++ with excellent understanding of OOPS concepts

Desired Skills:

9+ years of experience is required.
Great Communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
