  • Contribute to the design and implementation of program activities under the Fintech COE, aligning them with strategic objectives.
  • Manage the fintech venture portfolio, identify areas for growth, and design support interventions to enhance venture outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners, financial institutions, and fintech startups.
  • Analyze program performance data and generate insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead key events, workshops, partnerships and investor connects, ensuring impactful delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for participating ventures.
  • Research towards fintech startup ecosystem to build thesis, papers, program materials to build technical depth for the Fintech COE.
  • Maintain program compliance and contribute to brand building in line with NSRCEL’s standards.
RequirementsYou will ideally have:
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or startup ecosystem roles, preferably in fintech.
  • Possess a strong understanding of fintech, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.
  • Be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and leading high-visibility initiatives.
  • Have excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Be proactive, strategic, and driven to make a meaningful impact on the program and portfolio.
