Store workKey Responsibilities:Office Management Duties:
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming
environment.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining records.
Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Coordinate ordering and tracking project status and deliveries.
Maintain financial records, process payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Liaise factory and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Implement and oversee office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local business regulations and tax requirements in India.
Schedule meetings and booking for the management as required.
Research and negotiate with various vendors based on the requirement posed by the
management.Sales & Customer Service Duties: Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their project needs.
Provide detailed product information, including material types, finishes, and applications.
Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with walk-in clients.
