- Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Travel frequently to Delhi and Mumbai to oversee sales operations and meet with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- In-depth understanding of the Delhi and Mumbai markets
- Willingness to travel frequently between Udaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a plus
