The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating paper cup forming machines, ensuring consistent product quality, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime.Key Responsibilities:Operate paper cup forming machines according to daily production schedulesMonitor output to maintain product quality, size, and consistencyAdjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and paper alignment as neededPerform regular cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of machinesIdentify and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptlyReplace worn or damaged components as requiredKeep accurate records of production and maintenance activitiesAdhere to safety guidelines and factory regulations at all timesCoordinate with supervisors and technicians for major repairs or operational issuesAssist in training new machine operators when requiredUtilize computer skills, including Excel, for reporting and data entryMaintain a strong commitment to work and production targetsRequirementsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining paper cup forming machinesStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of machine adjustments for different cup sizes and specificationsAbility to work under pressure and meet production deadlinesBasic computer proficiency, including MS ExcelAbility to communicate clearly in EnglishPhysically fit to handle machine operation tasksAge: Under 40 yearsBenefitsSalary & Benefits:Salary: 180 – 200 OMR (tax-free)Working Hours: 10 hours per dayWeekly Day Off: 1 dayAccommodation: ProvidedFood: Not providedEmployment Contract: 2 years (renewable)Overtime: As per company policy and local labor lawsLeave Benefits: As per labor lawWork Location: Factory-based environment
