We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Tele Sales to drive our sales efforts and lead a team of telecallers.Job Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching for improvement.
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, explain services, and close deals.
Maintain CRM records and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales scripts and campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Provide regular sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.

RequirementsRequirements:

2-5 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or beauty industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in team leadership and sales coaching.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Ability to motivate and drive a team towards performance excellence.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
