Experience: 2–3 yearsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of Salesforce experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and supporting business users.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and configure Salesforce (users, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types, etc.)
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs
  • Assist with data management (import, export, deduplication, cleansing)
  • Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest Salesforce best practices
  • Ensure platform data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Collaborate on system enhancements and new feature rollouts
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required (or in progress)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, process builder)
  • Experience working with reports, dashboards, and data tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Nice-to-Have (but not required)
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools
  • Exposure to AppExchange apps or integrations
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, and permission sets
