We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in quality assurance and test automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Selenium-based automation and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality standards.
- Perform end-to-end testing, regression testing, and API testing (e.g., Postman, REST).
- Create and maintain test documentation and automation frameworks.
- Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution.
- 7+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Experience in API testing (REST, Postman, SoapUI).
- Strong knowledge of QA best practices, Agile methodology, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with SOQL, Apex basics, and Salesforce data models.
- Salesforce QA certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or QA Specialist).
- Experience with Java/Python for scripting.
- Exposure to test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr.
