The role would involve managing the Location Learning activities (Behavioural & Leadership)for the assigned locations.Job Description:
Program Management and Delivery of Behavioural/soft skills training programs up to Middle Management.
Location Operations -Manage all operations related to the training programs from stage of planning to vendor management to post training effectiveness.
Plan Quarterly Training Calendars and execute training workshops as per the plan to ensure threshold Learning parameters are met
Designing, Developing and Managing Training content.
Liaison with internal and external learning SMEs to ensure successful delivery of the training workshops
As an internal Learning Consultant, work with Business Leaders to roll out interventions to address specific business challenges.
Create post training effectiveness reports which include diagnosis, business impact and recommendations to leaders.
Candidate Description:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in L&D. Total Exp : 5 - 10 Yrs
Education: Full Time MBA (HR) Or any certified trainer with UG/PG Qualification
Training Delivery: Should have conducted/delivered behavioral training sessions.
