- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal use of the CEO's time.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties.
- Schedule, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for meetings attended by the CEO.
- Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Manage and maintain confidential documents, files, and records.
- Ensure proper version control and accessibility of important documents.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other engagements involving the CEO.
- Conduct research on various topics as directed by the CEO.
- Provide summaries and analysis of information to support decision-making.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Proven Experience/Skills in project management
- Desired Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 0-5 Years
- Constant learner to become a Subject Matter Expert
- Proven record in start-up environment working with innovations
- Exposure to a high paced working environment
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment
