OYO operates a unique business model that helps its patrons transform fragmented, unbranded and underutilized hospitality assets into branded, digitally-enabled storefronts with higher revenue generation potential and provides its customers with access to a broad range of high-quality storefronts at compelling price points.Responsibilities:Drive Off-line sales using partner/client profiles through rigorous planning, forecasting and delegating the right targets to the team membersEstablish and maintain relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry influencersand key strategic partners to extract businessStrategize to set the right milestones & maintain stability in business volumes and plan aheadReview and ensure performance of team members to achieve monthly business revenue targetsEfficiently plan and execute market-site visits within assigned region, to maintain relationships with clients as well as drive business expansionShare regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground salesKeep abreast on competition & adapt acquired knowledge in change managementRequired Skills:Networking abilitySoft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Good negotiation skillsAnalytical abilityKey Performance Indicators:Ensuring Occupancy month on monthPulsing of client accountsRevenue generation as per target from active accountsWhat we are looking for:6 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a people manager capacityExperience in B2B/corporate sales businessExperience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantageCTC: Upto 13 LPA INCLUDING 20% VariableCandidate should have experience in Lead Generation, B2B/Corporate sales, Team Handling
