We are looking for a high-performing and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at 2Base Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence for IT services and digital solutions.This role requires both individual contribution and strategic ownership, including leading sales initiatives, guiding junior team members, and managing key accounts. If you have a passion for technology, consultative selling, and business growth, we'd like to hear from you.Responsibilities- Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound channels, referrals, and market research- Drive new business opportunities for web, mobile, and enterprise software development services- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets- Handle key accounts and high-value clients, ensuring long-term relationship building and business growth- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts- Lead client discussions, discovery sessions, and solution presentations- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and digital transformation solutions- Collaborate with delivery, design, and marketing teams to create proposals and win deals.- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports- Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management- Represent the company in networking events, client meetings, and industry forums- Take ownership of revenue targets and contribute to team-level sales performance- Support and guide junior business development executives when requiredRequirements :- Bachelor's degree or relevant education/experience- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales within IT services or digital solutions- Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts- Strong understanding of software services: web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise solutions- Experience handling international clients- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently while also contributing at a team and strategic level- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for targets- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth initiativesExperience and Education :- 5-10 years of experience in sales/business development- Bachelor's degree / BSc IT / BCA / B-Tech / MBA or equivalent- Certifications in sales, marketing, or consulting are a plusBenefits :A growth-driven environment with opportunities to lead, innovate, and upskill continuously.
