Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesPolicy Development and Implementation:Leverage insights from internal and external sources to design and develop robust Employee Relations policies and guidelines.Legal Representation and Compliance:Represent management in legal matters, ensuring all legal risks are evaluated and statutory obligations related to labor laws are adhered to across locations.Strategic ER Interventions:Analyze business needs and propose tailored ER interventions and solutions to meet organizational objectives.Industrial Relations Management:Maintain harmonious industrial relations through vigilant workforce management and proactive measures.Workforce Skill Development:Develop and execute systematic plans for skill upgradation and multiskilling of employees based on operational requirements.Team Development and Mentorship:Provide developmental opportunities to team members, enhancing their expertise and professional growth.Litigation Management:Evaluate case trends and criticality to identify settlement opportunities and implement risk mitigation measures in consultation with legal advocates.Audit and Compliance Oversight:Lead audit architecture and drive annual compliance audits across plants, SBUs, MRV, MEML, and area offices.Data Analytics and Reporting:Ensure timely provision of analytics and data to support ER strategies.
