
Assistant Project Manager-French Coordination

- Oversee and facilitate project execution in all Canadian markets, including regions or projects where coordination in French is necessary.
- Support the Senior Project Manager and project team in planning, executing, and closing projects including coordinating project documentation, schedules, and deliverables across multiple disciplines.
- Track project progress and assist in preparing regular status reports (cost, schedule, scope, quality).
- Assist with resource scheduling and coordination of internal and external team members.
- Lead project control activities including cost, schedule, risk, and resource management for medium to large-scale projects.
- Support bid preparation and commercial management for projects up to CAD 2M.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Kanban) for tracking and reporting.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development.
- Facilitate communication and documentation in French for projects and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in project control processes and tools.
- Support risk identification and management across project lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project coordination, business development, and stakeholder management.
- French language proficiency at DELF-B2 or DALF-C1 level. Certification from Alliance Française.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement across international markets.
- Proficiency in O365 Apps and project management tools.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credentials.
- Expertise in automation using Python, Visual Basic, and web technologies.
- Understanding of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
