Experience: 6–8 Years (3–5 Years as NRI RM Mandatory)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Business Manager – NRI Services to manage and expand the NRI portfolio. The role involves acquiring NRI clients, handling HNI/Super HNI relationships, and driving revenue through NRI banking products while ensuring compliance with FEMA guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Acquire and manage NRI client relationships (HNI / Super HNI segment).
Maintain and grow a strong network of 250–300 active NRI clients.
Drive revenue through NRI products including deposits, remittances, investments, insurance, and wealth solutions.
Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and RBI guidelines.
Achieve individual sales targets and portfolio growth objectives.
Provide customized financial solutions based on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.Eligibility Criteria:6–8 years of overall banking experience.
Minimum 3–5 years as NRI Relationship Manager (Mandatory).
Experience in reputed private banks such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, or Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Strong knowledge of NRI products, FEMA guidelines, and remittance processes.
Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management.
