Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in technical program management.
  • Experience in software development life-cycle management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience delivering high-availability distributed systems and managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages, distributed systems, and scalable and reliable systems/cloud services.
  • Experience managing development/customization of one or more supply chain solutions (e.g., SAP, JDA, Kinaxis, etc.).

  • Manage portfolio of supply chain software development programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management while working across teams and external partners.
  • Scope, plan, and manage projects, quality of software development, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
  • Set the idea and direction for programs, outlining goals and objectives and defining program controls, governance, and standards.
  • Initiate new software development programs, identifying and delivering features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency.
  • Provide management with forecasts of project deliverables and detailed status updates.
