As an Associate Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing digital marketing initiatives for our company. You will be responsible for overseeing outbound email programs, website updates, advertising campaigns, and various marketing technology applications. Your expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and data administration will be essential in driving our digital transformation and ensuring the success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of outbound email programs, including creating and scheduling email campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate website updates and enhancements, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, display ads, and search engine marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Perform database administration tasks, including list creation, data pulls, and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Administer the sales enablement platform, ensuring sales teams have access to relevant and up-to-date marketing collateral and resources.
- Implement and manage marketing technology tools, such as marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and distributor-facing portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement systems and processes to improve customer engagement and content delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field.
- 2-4 years experience digital marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferable Drupal.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to make basic coding edits.
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and tactics to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
