- Experience supporting operating system platforms
- Ability to work with limited supervision and independently
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of Windows, macOS and mobile device management and related operating system platforms
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
- This position is based in Bengaluru.
