Engagement Manager - Marketing Campaigns SME Job Location: Gurgaon/Bengaluru Shift Timing: 1:00 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST Experience: 10+ years Job Responsibilities EXL works with marketing clients from various industries - the candidate should be able to take part in those discussions and provide insights about all aspects of marketing campaigns (which includes planning of a campaign, preparing the right content, choosing the right customer base, use of different channels/platforms, managing campaign data, analysis of data and so on) Build strategic marketing plans (for Media and Retail verticals) and present those to the clients and influence top level client decisions The candidate would be required to prepare the frameworks and set up best practices related to marketing campaigns and analytics, that anyone working with a marketing client should know Identify the set of tools used by clients for managing their campaigns and its data, and onboard those tools through partnership for skill training of data analytics team members The candidate should be able to provide thought leadership in preparing RFPs, managing client discussions and communications, and building new partnerships The candidate will manage a team who will work with him to develop solutions and accelerators for marketing clients Must have: Marketing specialist with 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy creation in different environments (B2B, B2C, nonprofit) and first-handexperience of managing and execution of marketing campaigns with clients from different industries (retail, media, telecom, entertainment, etc.) Knowledge and experience of helping businesses automate the steps in marketing journey through automation tools, for improved customer experience and demand generation Prior experience of using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) or similar tools to identify target audiences for automated campaign execution Prior experience of developing and executing multi-step automated email marketing campaigns utilizing Oracle Eloqua (or) other similar platforms. Experience of building data-driven campaigns that involved inbound marketing methods to target, attract, and convert customers Knowledge of advanced measurement solutions, including, but not limited to Media Mix Modeling, Attribution, Incrementality (ie. Geo Match Market Testing), Clean Room Solutions, Customer Data Platforms & Mobile Measurement Platforms Deep understanding of marketing principles and practices, with successful program implementation, across digital channels, including marketing automation, SEO/SEM, paid search, and display media, paid, and owned social, and owned web properties Strong familiarity with marketing automation (ABM Intent Tools, Salesforce, Pardot) and email marketing platforms Experience building demand generation programs that impact revenue for a high-growth marketing and/ or technology services company Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or MBA in Marketing (certifications in SEO, Campaign management, Advertising, etc. is a plus) from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement Committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends Expert interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with proven ability to articulate complex business in a simple way
