- Review and approve Functional-level Compliance frameworks
- Foster a culture of compliance awareness and accountability throughout the analytics business.
- Partner with Other Functional and Enabling Heads such as ISG, Privacy, Second Line for any new technology, regulations etc to be controlled and governed
- Manage critical stakeholders at Global Leadership Committee, Operating Committee, Operating Leads, VPs
- Participate in internal / external audit discussions
- Participate in meetings with Second and Third Line Compliance
- Provide consolidated reporting to Head of First Line Compliance
- Review Open and ageing action plans from Audits
- Drive First Line Compliance measurement and effectiveness metrics
- Create and govern Line Compliance Framework at Function-level
- Deliver presentations to Global Leadership Committee/ Operating Committee and Operating Leader
- Provide regulatory guidance as may be required in partnership with Legal and Corporate Compliance Teams and create governance process
- Drive FLC measurement and effectiveness metrics
- Provide directions to the team
- Partner with Learning and Development team for relevant training of the team
- Direct team’s goal form and review performance appraisals
- 12+ years of experience and proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders.
- Ability to apply a risk-based analysis to compliance issues and demonstrate creativity and flexibility in developing solutions that satisfy both business requirements and legal obligations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be articulate and confident to manage senior level conversations.
- Open to travel (mostly within India) as per requirement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
