To operate and monitor filling and sealing machines in a sterile or non-sterile pharmaceutical production environment, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and quality standards.Operate automated or semi-automated filling and sealing machines (e.g., for vials, ampoules, syringes, bottles, etc.)Perform start-up, in-process, and end-of-run activities.Adjust machine settings (speed, volume, temperature, etc.) as per batch requirements.Handle pharmaceutical formulations (liquid, powder, or semi-solid) under controlled environmental conditions.Ensure correct filling volumes and proper sealing to avoid contamination and leakage.Perform routine CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) operations.Ensure machines and surrounding areas are cleaned as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR) and equipment logs.Record parameters, incidents, and deviations in compliance with GMP documentation practices.Inspect filled and sealed products for visual defects, sealing integrity, and labeling accuracy.Participate in in-process quality checks and report non-conformities immediately.Follow all GMP, safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines.Wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure area cleanliness.Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine repairs or preventive maintenance.
