- Sales Process Management: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions for trade finance.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth, always.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, especially in digital lending, trade and supply chain financing, and emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and Automation. Advise clients on the value of our solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or MCA, BE in IT/comp.sc, BSc IT/Comp Sc, Diploma in IT/ comp Sc. MBA/ PGDBM in IT or Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking and financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital lending, trade finance, and supply chain financing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
