You’ll research, engage, and qualify prospects, setting the stage for Finmo’s AEs to close deals across global markets.Prospecting & OutreachResearch ICP-fit accounts and stakeholders (Finance, Ops, Treasury)Run targeted outbound via cold calls, LinkedIn, and emailPersonalize messaging with context like expansion, funding, or FX inefficienciesQualification & DiscoveryRun short discovery calls to understand pain points and fitUse MEDDIC or similar frameworks for handoff to Account ExecutivesCollaboration & ReportingSync with AEs and Solutions Engineers to refine messagingMaintain clean CRM (HubSpot) records and track KPIsQualificationsExperience1–3 years in outbound sales/SDR at a SaaS or fintech companyProven success selling to Finance/Ops personasSkillsStrong cold outreach and objection handlingResearch & writing skills for personalized messagingTools: HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales NavFluent English (spoken + written)Bonus PointsFintech, treasury, or FX-related product experienceExposure to clients in recruitment, logistics or F&B distributionAdditional InformationPerformance MetricsQualified Meetings (MQLs & SALs)Outreach to meeting conversionPipeline contribution & CRM quality
