- Develop & execute annual production plans for ampoule, vial and lyophilization lines.
- Monitor daily output, yield and OEE; implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety rules and regulatory guidelines (FDA, WHO-GMP).
- Oversee preparation, validation and periodic audit of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Coordinate with QC/QA for in-process checks, record reviews and batch release.
- Manage team of supervisors & operators; conduct training, performance reviews and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma initiatives) to reduce rejects and downtime.
- Mandatory: Proven experience on liquid ampoule, liquid vial & lyophilized vial lines.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
