Job Title: Assistant Manager Production- BiotechJob Location : DahejThis vacancy is for our Client who is manufacturing Surfactants and Speciality Chemical.Role And Responsibility1. Successfully led the development, scale-up and fermentation production of microbial products.2. Run a fermentation-based manufacturing plant with maximum productivity and minimal breakdown.3. Improve technical capabilities and quality practices within the department4. Supervise, mentor and provide necessary training for development of fermentation staff5. Lead the execution, completion and review of manufacturing documentation including batch production records (BMR), quality system documents and reports and SAP operations6. Serves as subject matter expert in multidisciplinary project teams and/or sub-team meetings within the company7. Provide technical recommendations for evaluating process data, troubleshooting and root cause analysis as well as providing strategic recommendations leading to improved economics and process robustness8. Support deviation investigations and identifying CAPAs to resolve manufacturing related issues9. Broad use of expertise and knowledge to solve complex non-routine technical problems10. Lead improvements in process and methods11. Coordinate and facilitate communication across multi-disciplinary groups like Stores/Purchase for raw material planning and inventory control.Experience : 3 - 7 years.Salary Budget :- up to 7 L paDesired Education : * B.Sc / M.Sc Biotechnology/ Microbiology
5-8 years of fermentation production experience after M.Sc.
3. 10 years of fermentation production experience after B.Sc.Skill :1. Fermentation experience with a variety of bacterial organismsincluding aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms2. Experience with upstream harvest processes including tangential flow filtration, depth filtration and centrifugation3.
