- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold databases.
- Explain products or services in detail to potential customers.
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update contact details regularly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions and report to the supervisor.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
- 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to convert cold calls into confirmed collaborations.
- Knowledge of SaaS product selling and subscription models.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Target-oriented and self-driven with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good computer skills and experience with CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Language proficiency as required
