Legal Manager | Energy Sector | 5-8 yrs. PQE | Mumbai

-Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including EPC, PPA, O&M, etc.
Advising on contract management and legal matters during project development
Liaisoning with regulatory bodies such as Electricity Commissions, MNRE, CERC, and relevant government agencies.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the energy and utilities sector
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments
Managing ongoing litigation and disputes in collaboration with external counsel and internal teams
Providing strategic legal advisory on a wide range of issues including risk mitigation, policy, and governance

Only candidates based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate applyOnly candidates with 5-8 yrs. of experience apply

A degree in law from a recognised institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Prior experience in litigation or dispute resolution in the energy sector would be a great plus
