As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for using your expertise in casting simulation to optimize the design and manufacturing process for our clients in the foundry industry. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in this field.Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in casting simulation in the foundry industry
Strong knowledge of casting simulation techniques and software
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for 3D modeling
Experience with CAE software for analysis and evaluation of castings
Familiarity with the principles and practices of foundry processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct casting simulations to optimize the design and manufacturing process for clients in the foundry industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
Utilize CAD/CAM software to create 3D models of casting designs
Perform analysis using CAE software to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of castings
Generate reports and present findings to clients, providing recommendations for design modifications
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in casting simulation technology
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the simulation and manufacturing process
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the successful implementation of casting designs.
