- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.

- Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated sales team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Sales Operations and Execution:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor sales pipelines, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement sales enablement tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline sales operations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Identify customer needs, understand their pain points, and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate sales performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, sales management, or a similar role.
