- Facilitate advanced and strategic Agile ceremonies and workshops.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Agile transformation strategies.
- Ensure continuous improvement and high performance within all Agile teams.
- Assess and elevate the maturity of Agile practices across the organization.
- Organization-wide improvement in Agile maturity and adoption.

- Develop and execute organization-wide Agile transformation strategies.
- Lead the coaching and mentoring efforts for Agile coaches and scrum teams.
- Ensure alignment of Agile initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of Agile transformation, driving continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations.
- Extensive experience in project management/scrum roles.
- 7+ years of experience as an Agile coach.
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Agile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, Lean).
- Deep understanding of AUTOSPICE and automotive software development.
