We are seeking a Lean Agile Coach to guide and support teams in adopting agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will be based in Chennai, providing an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic technology and telecoms industry.

Facilitate the implementation of lean-agile principles and practices across teams and departments.
Coach teams on agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Work closely with leadership to drive organisational agility and align goals with business outcomes.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to build agile competencies within the organisation.
Identify and address organisational challenges that may impact agile adoption and performance.
Promote a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology services.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile transformations and suggest improvements.

Strong knowledge of lean-agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices.
Experience in the technology and telecoms industry, particularly in services.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
A track record of driving organisational change and promoting a culture of innovation.
Relevant certifications in agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
