• Overseeing non-voice customer support operations

• Addressing customer inquiries through chat or email support (No Calling)

• Working in rotational shifts, primarily during the night

• Graduates, any degree expect B.Tech/B.E/Master's Degree.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English with proper punctuation and grammar

• Possession of original hard copies of all semester marksheets and degree certificate

• Salary: upto 18700 CTC per month
