- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies tailored to construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Project Sales & Builder Engagement
- Manage end-to-end project sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and key decision-makers in the construction ecosystem.
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients during project execution stages.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and superior service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored building material solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels, leading to repeat business and referrals.
- Strategic Planning & Market Penetration
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute sales plans for new geographies, product lines, and market segments.
- Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility, market positioning, and competitive advantage within the building materials domain.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand networks and business opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior sales teams in developing builder connect strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business goals with customer needs.
- Ensure seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders for project success.
- Strong expertise in building materials industry with proven business development and project sales experience.
- Deep understanding of construction workflows, project lifecycles, and procurement processes.
- Established network and connect with builders, contractors, and developers in the market.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong market acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in preparing business presentations, sales reports, and market intelligence documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–18 years of experience in business development, project sales, or related roles within building materials/construction industry.
- Proven track record of working with builders, developers, and contractors in high-value projects.
- Experience in handling regional or national-level sales portfolios will be an added advantage.
