Positions- Two Positions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in technical sales Previous industry experience M.S Excel is must required Job Description - Based on product performance shuffle the stock among the stores , Introduction of New Product Categories Plan and deploy target of each store and online Based on past performance focus on products that need to pushed Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time, Increase sales in existing/New Stores Plan incentives for each store for achieving target Identify the new business area / Franchisee / Investors for new store opening. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. Training staff on new technologies and revision of old technologies & implementation of the same during sales. Authorization & Updation of Store Operating Process Launching New Stores Implementation of New Plans, Store Operating Process, Come up with new ideas and strategies to increase field sales Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics Increase customer walk-ins by tie ups with corporates/gyms/schools/institutions Reconciliation of stock and cash for each store, All store compiled DSR sheet, Sales targets vs execution Vs achievement weekly check through trending, stock report , Audit reports , Conduct global count on a regular basis Monitor Store Operating Cost , Monthly Audits, Cost control and implementation of cost reduction plans in relation to: telecom, utilities, staff welfare and sundry. Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Conduct Monthly Audit of stores. Prepare the reports, any discrepancies etc. Recovery of short stock / cash etc. Location- Jaipur Salary- 40k to 50k Experience- More then 3 Years.
