Growing together.We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Visio, and either Snowflake or IBM DataStage. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building insightful dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.Primary Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau

Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Data Modeling & Integration:

Work with Snowflake or IBM DataStage to design and manage data pipelines and data integration workflows

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data flow and storage

Process Mapping & Documentation:

Use Microsoft Visio to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system architecture visuals

Document business requirements, data definitions, and analytics processes

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights

Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development

Familiarity with Snowflake or IBM DataStage for data warehousing and ETL processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process and data flow documentation

Solid proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

Proven solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R
