Description & RequirementsInfor are recruiting a passionate Data Analyst to join our team and help our customers understand how they engage with our multi-tenant cloud offerings. Your analytical expertise will drive customer success by transforming usage data into strategic insights that enhance product adoption, optimize performance, reduce costs and fuel growth. The ideal candidate combines curiosity, critical thinking, and technical acumen to solve complex business challenges. This is more than a reporting role. As a Data Analyst, you'll collaborate across departments, influence product and operational strategies, and contribute directly to enhancing customer experiences through intelligent, data-driven decisions.A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

Work cross-functionally with customers and business stakeholders to define and scope analytical needs
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and consistency
Create insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Infor Birst, or similar platforms
Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities
Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into business language
Support predictive modelling efforts and advanced analytics projects alongside data scientists
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Infor's analytics framework, tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
Experience with Amazon Redshift and Quicksight/Quicksuite, SQL, Excel, and Infor Birst or at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages.
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of data modelling concepts
Knowledge of Infor's Industry Cloud Platform (Infor OS) would be a bonus
