This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in fashion consulting or retail sales. You are expected to deliver expert advice on fashion styling, guide customer purchases, and support visual merchandising efforts.Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service to handle customer inquiries and deliver an exceptional retail experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong knowledge of fashion styling trends, garment pairing, and personal shopping recommendations relevant for childrens fashion.
  • Practical experience in fashion consulting to guide customers in making confident and personalized purchase decisions.
  • Familiarity with retail sales processes, including product demonstration, upselling, and cross-selling within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to execute visually appealing displays and ensure store presentation aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse customers in a professional yet friendly manner.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team to achieve store targets, manage daily operations, and participate in brand promotions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking, store cleanliness, and stock management.
