Staff Specialist - Scrum Master

In your new role you will:
- As “Scrum master” organize and moderate all Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, eliminate impediments, continuously work on improving development and support the team to reach the team commitment
- Cooperate closely/coach the product owner to develop a product vision, the backlog refinement, risk management and reporting
- Continuously build knowhow and share with the team members , scale agile
- Design and establish appropriate KPI/ Metrics to enable teams to continuously inspect and adapt
- Evaluate and recommend latest tools for product improvement and Continuous Integration.
- Identify and implement methodology and innovation topics within the organization
- Be an active part of the cross-site Scrum master community to exchange and improve competence
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 5-10 years of overall experience in software development with exposure to the entire SDLC
- Certified Scrum Master with around 5+ of practical experience as a Scrum Master/Agile coach in SW development teams with strong know-how of agile development methodologies and Scrum
- Experience with Agile/DevOps/Quality practices (hypothesis-driven development, test automation, TDD, BDD, FDD, ATDD, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence
- Proven results in executing initiatives like continuous improvement(Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation and tool stack used)
- Solid communication skills, confident, good negotiation skills and can convince others especially in conflicting situations
