Responsible for end-user IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Manage Sophos Firewall (policies, VPN, basic security),
Microsoft 365 administration (users, licenses, email), and backup management (monitoring and restores).

Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, network issues)Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, and basic applicationsManage user accounts, access rights, and password resetsMonitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and cablingCoordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC supportMaintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentationEnsure data backup, antivirus updates, and system securityEscalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when requiredSupport IT setup for new joiners and exits (onboarding & offboarding)
