IT Support / Hardware networking Engineer

• Candidate has experience in Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
• Management of trading Platforms and day to day activities like BOD, EOD and backup.
• Managing technical documentation.
• Coordinate with application vendors for day-to-day issues and patch deployments.
• Prepare and submit data to the Compliance team and Auditors for Regulatory Audits (IEDA & SEBI).
• Coordination with Exchanges.
• Knowledge of UTM Devices, Managed Switches, VMWare, VLAN Concepts, Antivirus software.
• Understanding of TCP Basics like TCP, UDP, Multicast E.t.c
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment.
• Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
