- Teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Department of Pediatrics and Preventive Dentistry.
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical classes that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputed national and international journals.
- Engage in clinical service activities that enhance the quality of patient care and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities that promote teaching, research, and clinical excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior faculty and students.
- Post graduate degree(M.D.S) in Pediatrics and Preventive Dentistry or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching, research, and clinical experience in Pediatrics and Preventive Dentistry.
- Proven track record of high-quality research and publications in reputed national and international journals.
- Excellent teaching skills and experience in developing and delivering innovative and engaging teaching strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and mentor.
- Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of JKKN College of College and Hospital.
