It starts with YOU.In this role, you will:Serves as a project team member for Digital Technology Services (DTS) related projects and performs advanced configurations for the EtQ Reliance application, using technologies such as Python, EtQ script, SQL, JSP, HTML, as well as mobile and leading-edge technologies. Incumbent delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for the global EtQ Reliance application. Helps team members troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve existing processes and functionality. Provides feedback to peers and delivery teams on process improvements and problem resolution. Leads and executes small to medium projects, coordinates local activities for Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) projects.Serves as project team member on EtQ Reliance related projects and performs advanced configurations in EtQ Reliance to meet business needs and compliance requirements.Adheres to internal configuration management procedures which include documenting design specifications and Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables such as test case execution and software change control.Work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.Handles requests for support following agreed procedures. Responds to requests for support by providing information to enable incident resolution. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken.Displays good inter-personal skills and customer service demonstrating the ability to relate to customers of varying levels of technical expertise.Comprehends and translates business requirements to create corresponding solutions that meet customer expectations.Provides relational database modeling and queries for troubleshooting and analytics purposes.Assesses feedback to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management, and highlights issues which need to be addressed.Maintains an awareness of emerging technologies and their potential application and takes ownership for personal development.Rapidly absorbs new technical information and applies it effectively.Works with blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resources.Provides knowledge sharing to other team members.About UsHuggies®. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Key Qualifications and Experiences:Bachelor's degree; Degree and 3+ or 5 years of Information Technology experience.Held prior accountabilities that required customer engagement and interaction.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to absorb and apply technical information.Displays good inter-personal skills, demonstrating the ability to relate to customers of varying levels of technical expertise. Has project and/or change management experience on technology-based projects.Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.Experience with relational database platforms including Microsoft SQL Server.SQL, Python, and HTML scripting languages.Broad range of business and IT experiences.Hands-on experience with some software administration or development is required.Experience translating user requirements into software specifications is a plus.Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written with the ability to converse effectively at all levels within the business organization.Detail oriented and focused on high quality results.To Be Considered
