- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant insights, content, and data to support sales decks.
- Use storytelling and product highlights to make a strong business case during pitches.
- Participate in sales calls and confidently explain presentation segments and product positioning.
- Deliver clear and engaging communication that aligns with client needs and expectations.
- Address initial client queries and establish early-stage engagement.
- Understand the background and context of leads shared by the Pre-sales team to ensure relevant conversations.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and align messaging accordingly.
- Maintain organized records of client discussions, preferences, and pitch materials.
- Update CRM regularly with meeting outcomes and follow-ups to support sales continuity.
- Ensure all commitments made during the sales conversation are aligned internally for successful handover.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently in client conversations.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in sales, client-facing roles, or relevant internships.
- A strong interest in sales with an enthusiastic, go-getter attitude toward client interaction and business growth.
- Confidence to speak and engage with clients during live calls.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-paced sales environment.
