
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Freight Brokerage

- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to targeted shippers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Qualify leads by understanding their shipping needs, pain points, and decision-making process.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up, sharing relevant information and keeping our company name top-of-mind until they are ready to move forward.
- Book meetings for our account executives and sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and lead status in the excel sheet.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach, follow-up, and lead qualification targets.
- Represent our company professionally and communicate our value proposition clearly.
- 2-3years logistics experience required – we provide full training.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and social media outreach.
- Persistent and disciplined in lead follow-up and relationship-building.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
