- Develop credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon’s strategy is implemented.
- Build annual customer plans and ensure regular monitoring of its execution.
- Participate in the preparation of the negotiation strategy and executes.
- Monitor G2N and ensure that the NRM targets are achieved.
- Gain agreement on annual activation plan and execute it brilliantly. Negotiate robust listing for our NPDs. Monitor and amend KPIs that relate to execution (e.g., SOS, SOA, 2ndary placements)
- Identify opportunities based on customer insights and work cross-functionally towards translating them to actionable category proposals.
- Collaborate with relevant teams for the development of Joint Business Plans.
- Monitor competition and create mitigation plans for foreseen risks and business cases to grab opportunities.
- Ensure regular reporting.
- Responsible for the forecasting cycle.
- Preparation of regular Key Account Reviews.
- Net sales delivery, G2N target delivery, in market share gain.
- Annual contract agreements fully in line with company priorities and choices (CGF).
- Annual activation plan execution.
- Conversational proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required.
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Management, including KA and Field sales management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Winning sales skills: strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, account strategy, negotiation, influence, communication
- Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity.
